Guitar Set-Up and Maintenance Classes
Learn the tools and techniques required to obtain the most playability out of your instruments.  Presented by Luthier R.J. Fulton & Co-Owner Bill Soderlind

  • Fret Leveling and Dressing - 12PM TO 1PM
    The art of fret leveling and dressing requires skill and patience. Specialty tools and techniques are discussed and demonstrated.
  • Nut and Saddle Making - 1PM TO 2PM
    Nut and saddle building will demonstrate proper nut and saddle fabrication and discuss how different materials play their role in tone.
  • Acoustic and Electric Guitar Set-Up - 2PM TO 3PM
    Acoustic and Electric Set Up explores the relationships between the neck, nut and saddle and how they affect a guitar's overall playability.

Classes are offered the 3rd Saturday of every month, except on major holidays, vacations or special events. Classes require a minimum attendance of three registered attendees.  Please contact us to confirm class schedule and times. 

Cost:   $75.00 per class or $150.00 for the entire series. Space is limited to 12 persons. Register early to secure a seat in the workshop(s) of your choice.  Registration should be received two weeks prior to the scheduled class date.
