Thank you for your interest in Mountain View Luthier School. Our registration packet is available for download below (PDF). Please review and complete all three forms thoroughly, giving particular attention to your Student Goals. Remember that missing information may delay the registration process. We request that students consult our school calendar prior to choosing a program start date, to insure that there are adequate shop hours available to complete your project(s). Mountain View Luthier School Registration Packet
Registration Form: Print one copy and complete all requested
information. Please leave no fields blank. Indicate "n/a" if a
section is not applicable to you. If you wish, retain a copy of the
registration form for your records.
Student Goals: Print one copy and give significant thought to the two
questions before completing the form. Your answers will help us determine
your objectives and will aid us in personalizing your curriculum. We
suggest that you retain a copy for your records for review during and after your
time at Mountain View.
Program Information & Student Expectations: Print two copies and read
thoroughly. This form outlines our expectations of all students of
Mountain View Lutherie School. It also provides general information,
including a daily schedule, what to bring, necessary tools, additional costs,
housing information, etc. Sign one copy and return it with your completed
registration packet. Keep the second copy for your records.
Mountain View Policies:
Print two copies and read thoroughly. This packet contains policies on the shop, student
housing, dismissal and dispute resolution. Sign one copy and return it with your completed registration
packet. Keep the second copy for your records.

Payment Information: A $500.00 deposit is required to reserve housing and bench space. This deposit will be applied to your first month's tuition (see Program Information and Student Expectations). Payment can be submitted via Paypal, or you can mail a check or money order with your registration packet.
